ive been back and forward too and it turns out they coulddo it all along. Only sorted in last week or so. He can now get you a signed order form Which will satisfy EST. Just make sure it says Ford in the model description or else they will also look for email from dealer too.

You dealing with George at Peoples? I having similar issue. Managed to resolve it though and get an order form from him that EST will accept. Get back on the blower to him!

Great write up. Re cancelling car you can cancel right up to taking your car for a test drive. Long distance selling regulations apply. so would really push back on that with Hannah. My dealer has confirmed this is this case also. ??

that’s my main issues though. for a £50k car, I don’t want alloys that look not too bad. I want bad ass alloys that give off the mustang muscle look. Having seen it in the flesh, I think the 18” alloys look to small on such a big car. Maybe it’s because they are dark grey which doesn’t help...
