I'd guess that the magnets in the Pixel 10 series aren't playing well with the crap charger in the Mach-E. I've never used it since it does nothing but overheat any phone I've placed there. Now that you have magsafe-style magnets you could get the Twraps magsafe charging pad that should work...

Based on the camera thing, I'd say they're full of bologna. Ther is no external/remote access to camera's on a Mach-E.

The software update isn't out for '21-'24 model years, so there's no point is attempting a repair now. That being said - recall repairs are free, no matter your warranty situation.

Ford may want to do better at alerting dealers about this since it seems there's a LOT of miss-communication. My dealership called earlier this week wanting to schedule mobile tech visit for installation of this update. I tried explaining that it wasn't available for 21-24 model years yet, but...

I think I mentioned to you in that other place that this sounds exactly like what I experienced prior to having mine repaired. Have you checked for codes via ODB scanner/etc? Mine was throwing a liftgate code, and required some part in the liftgate to be replaced.
