I think it is more about the fact that Bill Ford named it so that is the name. You wouldn't go to a parent and argue with them about what to call their kid. 🤷‍♂️

The name is just marketing. Just as it was for the first Ford Mustang back in 1964.

Unfortunately the Mustang isn't a mustang. You can argue that it's named a Mustang. The Mustang was added for marketing and nothing else. Take that away and it doesn't meet any other requirements of a mustang. It doesn't have four legs for starters. Just look at the mustang history, if you...
