I just got 3.5.2 via OTA on my 21 Premium Job 1 car today.

I have had OTA 2.6.0 and 2.7.1 come down via my WIFI. I had my car parked in my garage where my WIFI signal is the strongest. I have my automatic updates turned off so I can control when I get the updates.

Sorry to hear about your travails. I had to switch dealers myself. My original dealer kept promising to do the update but wouldn't commit to a date. After 1 month I just gave up on them. Fortunately my current dealer was only 7 miles further away then my old dealer.
