Like you I had the BlueCruise 1.1E SYNC version with no option to subscribe. (24269 Rev 1387 installed March 2025)
OTA “BC-25.DC” then turned up in December 2025 and it allowed me to subscribe straight away.
So yeah - 9 month interval for me.

I’ve had my BSKT pony for just 3 weeks and it looked amazing when first fitted, unfortunately the nose, tail, and hoofs are now all starting to flicker and die. It’s allegedly the latest generation (v3) but alas the website says no returns.

Like @Edge2MME said - it’s very much a waiting game. Patience is a virtue you will come to master in regard to OTA’s.
They come, they sometimes fail, they normally sort themselves out, more will come, and then you’ll get nowt for months - and the cycle repeats LOL
I had a couple of the chrome tips snap on the window buttons on my drivers door, and the dealer replaced them in like 10mins during an unrelated warranty trip.
Apparently it’s a relatively quick fix just requiring some pliers.
Thanks for the quick reply - I was just Captain Curious as I’ve seen lots of people posting about getting a SYNC branded OTA with a BlueCruise 1E release note tag - and looking at a selection of VIN numbers on FDRS I can see it’s the same SYNC version that I applied a good while ago using FDRS...
