Like @Edge2MME said - it’s very much a waiting game. Patience is a virtue you will come to master in regard to OTA’s. They come, they sometimes fail, they normally sort themselves out, more will come, and then you’ll get nowt for months - and the cycle repeats LOL

I had a couple of the chrome tips snap on the window buttons on my drivers door, and the dealer replaced them in like 10mins during an unrelated warranty trip. Apparently it’s a relatively quick fix just requiring some pliers.

Thanks for the quick reply - I was just Captain Curious as I’ve seen lots of people posting about getting a SYNC branded OTA with a BlueCruise 1E release note tag - and looking at a selection of VIN numbers on FDRS I can see it’s the same SYNC version that I applied a good while ago using FDRS...
