Was this a first Gen or first round unit? Mine looked exactly like yours. After some discussions with Bruce/Bruce, they replaced it. This was a known issue.Good morning everyone. So I think I may know what is wrong with your front pony. My front pony looked great for about a week. Then one of his hooves got “dirty”. Then he decided to go for a swim and his entire lower half was “under water” (not lit). Then, he died a was buried under ground (completely dead). I pulled the entire thing apart and the pictures show what I found. The inside of the pony sprung a leak when I pulled on it. You can actually see water coming out of it in the pictures. This thing will never last unless there are serious modifications. Not sure who is designing these things, but I would assume they should take water intrusion into account. Oh well, live and learn.

That is why you can pictures of BSKT dunking powered up units into a bucket of water to show that they were sealed.
Before I installed the second Gen unit and I looked at the seams and I did not see any cracks or gaps. I also ran a thin bead of silicone along the seam and let it cure before installing.
I also think that the seam could open up if someone presses agressively in one spot during install, thus cracking the seal.
