We had the same experience with Ford Customer Service. Many dropped calls, "we can't find your case", getting transferred around in circles, etc - it's frankly a mess and very frustrating. Once you do get an actual case manager, things will get handled from there but with all of these happening...
@chrisbastow A Roush Eng?! Interesting. Surprising that one would have such EV experience. I do know no one wants to touch the HV connectors w/o discharging as possible, using the proper PPE gear and following steps, etc.

@chrisbastow Welcome to the club no one wants to join. You'll see others with the club card in their sig. Ford CS should work with the dealership and you on getting it resolved as quickly as possible. Keep all your receipts for any costs incurred and good luck!

@mkhuffman I've read tale on here of this update - seems crazy to me that we just bought the car less than 6 weeks ago and it's been at a dealer for 2 weeks being repaired and we STILL don't have this update. Planning to bring it to my local dealer to have them resolve this.

Hi All, an update, our MME-GT has been repaired for a few days and the dealer put over 100 miles on it to ensure it's good. They fixed it very quickly considering but we'll see how long it takes to get back. If I had the time I would drive the rental back and pick it up.
Wow @MadManMoon , I love all the detail and pics you added, much more patience than me lol. I'm still waiting for Ford to find a driver to deliver my MME GT that's 750 mi away. That's had it for 2 full weeks now which is short compared to many with this.

Absolutely make sure the tow truck driver knows it’s an electric vehicle knows where the tow points are knows what to do otherwise you can destroy the car. I had that issue with two cars sold them both now waiting for another one and unsure whether they have fixed it it’s a high voltage problem...

I got multiple alerts in Ford Pass today - first that they FORGOT to add coolant so the battery pack on our car overheated and then they HOT ROD it as a "test drive". How did they use almost 2kWh in 1.8 miles!?! This is all BS and SOME of them know it but they cant say anything...
