I have a July 2nd 2021 build The last 2 updates I got were in September of this year. Got the DCFC update (for the EVgo 50kw) and 2.7 I think shortly thereafter.

As someone who got a debit card from Ford due to a HVBJB issue, my situation was handled quickly. The rep was great, and I got a debit reimbursement (mine was for monthly payment as I had a free dealer loaner) but it was sent quickly.

I would doubt it. I check Plugshare for the EVgo chargers, and the only vehicles that report failures are MME's!! Doesn't seem like they've rectified it for most owners.

This is the model EVgo charger that constantly fails on me. I had a 100kwh newer one work just fine. Frustrating that these are the most prevalent around me.

Has there been a definitive fix for the EVgo older charging issue? I connect successfully, initiate the charge, but no electricity ever flows. The car throws a charge fault error and that's it. Resetting charger did nothing. EA works flawlessly.

Good to hear! Glad you have a dealership that is prompt as well. I'm on 2 months without vehicle, and it's simply down to the dealer not performing the repairs at this point. Sigh
