I have reached out to corporate several times. Corporate told me that it's a private matter between me and the dealership. I already filed a dealer complaint. I feel like I exhausted all avenues.

It isn't - I purchased a select 2022 with the tech/comf package. Galpin is refusing to change the trim and is telling me that I have to cancel the order and reorder without the price protection. I am filing a lawsuit.

I am not posting misinformation. Ford marketing told me this over the phone. They said that they did so in 2021-2022 and will do the same thing in 2023.
