I have the Jaguar I-Pace in the garage for only 6 days and I'm not looking back, but I still love the look and performance of the Mach E GT. I was thinking Grabber Blue or whatever the undisclosed color will be. Alas, it will be a curious outside looking in thing for me going forward. Obviously...
As far as I know, there is no towing option for the I-Pace. There is a way to connect a bike rack or something similar to the back bumper, but no tow hitch.
Well after a lot of discussion and research, I ended up following @Ken7 into the Jaguar dealership and picked up an I-Pace today. The deal was just so good and it brought the price down right in line with the Mach E GT I had a reservation for. I will miss the anticipation of that Mach E GT, but...
Agree, but even with ICE cars, the in car infotainment tech is quickly evolving and cars get new design features, mileage improvements, improved performance etc. Even a new ICE car today will probably look dated in 5 years.
If you are happy with the "second" car (today's BEV) being a local car...
Is there a change in the 0-60 times? I didn't think any non-GT AWD option had "less than 5 seconds" for a 0-60 or 0-100km/h acceleration. And it can't be referring to the GT.
Simplest answer normally being the correct one, I'd say something is screwed up. Some is correct, some is not. I would guess the main points are correct. Someone may have neglected to confirm the notes and disclaimers.
Absolutely true, but also could be a great opportunity for anyone interested right now. That discount is making me interested! (I also like the color!) Looks like that was a First Addition model with 22" wheels. Very nice.
Depreciation is an issue for sure depending on how long you expect to...
For the engineers and enthusiasts, this drip drip of information is beguiling. For the average Joe out there it is probably just fine, but to those on this board it almost does more harm than good. Reading above all the calculations, presuming, guessing, hoping, is both exciting and maddening. I...
I'm sure Ford will keep it secure, just like I assume Tesla does. Obviously, there is never anything that can be deemed 100% secure. At that point, you have to ask yourself the likelihood of mass infiltration or why someone would go out of their way to single out you. I assume the chances of...
Nice, thanks for that @hybrid2bev! With your combination of smarts and humor, I hope your "significant other" is not the jealous type!
I'm feeling a little inadequate! ;) ?
Another reason to throw the GT'ers a bone with the yet unannounced color choice!
The non-GT'ers can then complain to Ford about not having it for the other trims!
Nice post @timbop. I also think we, as a society, need to give people a little "benefit of the doubt" and not always assume it is a pejorative phrase. People have different experiences. Many don't even know that they said something "sensitive". I know I don't when I read or hear things that were...
