Have you given Ford a call to go over the troubleshooting steps? I would, and they’d likely guide you to reset the point. That’s where I’d have done the fuse pull. It’s definitely worth trying to save yourself some time and money from the dealership service, even if it’s a bit of a hassle.

I did a factory reset of the connectivity and the Ford app/PAAK before I pulled the fuses. It was pretty quick when I turned on the car and reconnected everything.

I took out fuses 11 and 21/22 from the fuse box under the glove box. I gave them a 10-minute break and then put them back in. Guess what? It worked!

I'm having this same issue with my '25. I'm worried it's the modem but I need to try fuse/negative cable disconnect from 12v methods that are mentioned above. Does anyone know the time and cost for a modem? Is it under warranty if the car was purchased a few months ago?
