I was built Jan 20, and have a tentative delivery date in Mid May.
I do expect that to continue to push later, perhaps weekly.
Seems like the earliest cars might need more work before they can be sold? Would that be a Recall since it's before delivery.
I will add that if you live in OC that its convenient to shop there, but when I was looking at getting my First Mach E and again on my maverick I went to the dealer in Orange - they marked the car up insane amounts (in 2022), added $7000 for wheels, and so on. Sunrise Ford in The SF Valley just...
I don't mind. Its just that Neil's job is to sell cars and support his customers, not take photos for internet boards. I'm not going to ask him to send something more convincing. Thats just not our relationship.
When I asked for the photo from him 1 of two things would have happened: Either...
Inevitable question...
I have been posting here for years, nobody has ever accused me of trolling.
Galpin Ford is the #1 or #2 dealership in the country by volume for the last 30+? years?
My sales guy at Galpin is their top guy, in fact he is the VIP sales manager - not that I'm a VIP. When...
OK...
How do I did this again on the Interwebs? Oh yeah...
FIRST!
This is a photo of one of the first two 2025 mach e's delivered Galpin Ford in Van Nuys getting prepped for sale.
I asked my sales guy to snap a photo next time he was with the car. So here it is.
Many of you will be...
I expected a flurry of activity on this topic today with some real progress, but not yet.
I spoke to my dealer today, Galpin Ford. My sales guy is credible and he says that they got their first two 25s last night and another six earlier today. I asked if I could see one and he said they were...
Well, maybe. My guy at Galpin just emailed me the same thing. Seems pretty unlikely. Even in normal times Ford is not likely to ship a car from Texas back to the plant in Mexico. With the Tariffs about to kick in, honestly, I'd sue Ford if they did. I'm sure you'll join me in a class action...
OK, so I'm in Hong Kong on business so I'm not on the same daily cycle as the rest of you, I'm going to bed as you guys are getting low blood sugar after lunch, so if this was something, I expected this thread to have exploded...
But... Crickets.
I got an email ftom Ford that production...
In the early years there were logistics and supply chain shortages that were wrml known. Cars were built without multiple Control modules installed, in some cases New undelivered Fords (can't recall if it was Mach Es or Mavericks) could be scanned remotely for error codes that would show that...
I had a long series of repeated errors in my mock e resulting in on-screen messages and Phantom braking for no reason. Because I had blue Cruise issues reported from the very beginning with visits to the service department I eventually threw in the towel when Ford couldn't fix it and made Ford...
Well, yes. We have all seen crazier things happening. Especially recently. But not from legitimate business people who understand economics or who actually care about the organization they (were elected to?) represent. Only con artists.
I'm optimistic that we have not yet devolved to this...
I had no rail car number available in the VVR, implying that after arriving in Dallas it was offloaded from the rail car.
To my knowledge no one had gotten a rail car number within the US nor had anything actually shipped past Dallas where it sounds like everything is being held (as of a week...
