    It's Back! I received the Ford Power-Up 4.2.1 update today and after it down loaded BCHF started to work. Not sure if this had anything to do with getting "Hands Free" back. Just glad it's back.

    I do have "Hands Free" until 10-06-2073 & my "Hands on" is working, including Lane Change Any other suggestions?? I talked with a Ford Customer Experience Specialist, he could not find anything. He suggested taking it to the dealer for diagnostic scan.

    How do you DM in the Forum?? Not the Sun, does not work in either direction on I80 & I76 in NE OH and it is overcast today. How do I know if I do not have a good GPS lock?? Navigation seems to be working fine. BC Hands On is working fine. Thanks
