Hi all, I am having this same noise too. As others have commented, it starts around 29mph, peaks at about 31-32 then falls away as you keep accelerating. Trying to cruise at 30mph, the whine coming and going continuously is becoming tedious. I've not been able to tell if it's from the front/rear...
