    He said hardwire absolute NO and the socket dashcam use at your own risk but he said in general dashcams will void the warranty that’s what my dealer said. I’m not agreeing with him I wanted to see what others have been told.

    Play I just wanted to let people know that if you install – cam into your vehicles, you will void your warranty and coverage to the vehicle. This is what my dealer was, letting me know as a friendly tip. PS- IM FROM Canada so it might be different for USA people

    I got warranty’s to cover exterior damage I might do protection film down road got to research it and ensure it doesn’t conflict w warranty! I can’t even install dash cam or else it voids warranty!
