Your Mach E is possessive.
It just wanted to keep you close to it. Probably an AI module that started to feel emotionally attached to you.
Next is engagement, marriage and little machéééé kids.
Tread carefully. Contraception may be the cautious approach... .
Agree with @Jimrpa I've driven lots of nice cars. Audi's, BMW's and an Aston. This Mach-E still is one of the best as daily driver IMHO. Hope you find one readily available. Good luck, dude!
I bought an EV because I had to switch due to new company car policy.
While reluctant at first, I thought it wouldn't hurt to save the environment a bit, coming from diesel (lots of those in Belgium). The company enforces the transition for two reasons: economical (100% tax deductable, low...
Have used Google Maps exclusively in all my previous cars, as it was much better than the built-in ones.
Not with the Mach E though, now I fully swithed to the Ford navigation.
It works great, clear overview on the center screen and on the driver screen, plus good voice instructions.
Also get...
Same here @HuntingPudel. This instrument cluster in the Mach E is great. It's clear and gives you all important data at a glance.
Even today with the broader choice of EV brands and prices coming down on several other brands, I'd still go for the Mach E. Just looks so much better and the...
Indeed @Teslaeata, it's not only the savings vs the ICE fuel cost, but these tax reductions are quite considerable too. In Belgium, the car investment or lease and the electricity consumption are 100% deductible, which is only the case for electric vehicles.
Hi @Efthreeoh, happy to read that you found my input informative. I tried to give my honest and neutral impressions indeed.
I've been driving it for just over two months now, and I still enjoy every single drive. Just did a business trip Brussels to Amsterdam and back on a single charge and...
Hi Frederic, I confirm what previous people said about the 2 year interval.
I took delivery early July this year, and they told me it's just 2 years, regardless of kilometers.
This is in Belgium too.
Just relax and enjoy the ride ;)
LMAO.
The alternative is to sit by the pool and eat vanilla ice cream. Which is what I did during my vacation in previous years.
Anyway, it was an unexpected fun de-stress therapy from my rather stressful job, honestly.
And my wife's car does shine now... ;)
My suggestion would be (for a very thorough job, not sure it's needed on your recent car, honestly):
1. tar & bug remover on the dirty spots (if they're from bugs or tar that is);
2. foam pre-wash and pressure rinse
3. deep contact wash (to remove earlier bad wax jobs)
4. de-iron spray to remove...
My previous car was a BMW 5 series, and I absolutely loved it.
I doubt you'll ever see me in any of these new BMW creations. Absolutely hiddious.
Super happy with my new Mach E though :)
I just had a Alfen Eve Pro installed at my home.
The Alfen Eve Pro is commonly used by companies and for public charging too. Super reliable and has great backoffice functionalities.
Works great, it delivers 22kW if you have 3x400V 40Amps, which is what I have at home. Obviously done by...
I see the same, Maarten, driving a lot in Belgium (speed limit 120 km/h) and Netherlands (100 km/h limit).
I use 20kw/100km in Belgium, but only 18kw/100km in Netherlands. Both are flat, similar weather conditions.
