Today started off great. Was cleaning the inside of my windshield and I pushed harder to get a smudge off. All of a sudden she cracked. Was very surprised as I wasn’t pushing hard at all really.

Not sure how many know this but I was pushing buttons in my car like a child and found out if you press the hazard button and then again after the first flash and do that three times it will go into learning mode. You can also do it via FORScan or FDRS but figured that I would inform you all.

Has anyone ever seen this and or know what to do?

I submitted a buyback request last Thursday and already got approved yesterday! Ford is on the ball with this. Next step is to hear back in a couple days with my options. Can’t wait to set get a new GTPE! Super relived that they are gonna take it back. Still is perty!

After 5 months of problems I’ve started the buyback process. It makes me sad but it’ll be replaced with another one same exact thing. Don’t want anything other than the Mach E GT Performance! Dealer and ford customer service has been very helpful!
