    Many thanks to all who have reached out. I have sent along the data to the Ford Escalation Manager, including separate lists of cars in the "stuck at 2.7.x" group and the others who are successfully receiving the recent updates. I will post again in this thread when I hear back.

    Note of warning: you need to have the work done before the program expires, not just schedule the appointment prior to expiration. I scheduled 21G01 prior to it ending at the end of the month. But my actual appointment was in October. No 21G01 for me!

    Thanks for posting this. I have a job 1 car and have been stubbornly waiting for OTA to do its job. Finally bit the bullet today and scheduled the updates and 2nd FOB. Got in for 10/15, which isn't too bad. I fully expect to get about 10 OTA's now that I scheduled a visit ?

    Mine does this intermittently. Almost exclusively with my wife in the passenger seat. For me, simply doing a soft reset of Sync does the trick. Don't fiddle with the phone or bluetooth connections/settings. Dont try to reconnect AA. Dont turn car off/on. None of that works. Just reset Sync...
  19. Still waiting for Blue Cruise OTA update

    I am in the same boat. Took delivery in March 2021. Still waiting for the Blue Cruise update. I received a few of the BC prep OTA's, so hoping it is just a slow go to get to those of us lagging behind. Is there any way to verify if the OTA is coming or if we somehow 'missed out"?
