No X Plan on 23 Mach E, now in line with Lightening and E-Transit which do not offer X

Our Premium will always default to the "recirc" mode when started with the A/C on. No other Ford I am aware of does this. We rarely use the recirc or MAX modes and don't want to always have to enter the screen and turn the recirc off. Any ideas or experience with this on a ME?
