Thanks to @Mike G and @rugedraw have the CMR "NE" code installed and no DTCs present afterwards. Long story short, had to run the FDRS CMR (PMI - Programmable Module Installation) routine, flagging during that routine, the CMR module had been replaced.

Ah...that was a test...eh!... to check what I or FDRS data would come out. Hopefully we passed!!! This VIN worked and sent the FDRS output to you offline. Any questions on their installation as I've installed all on my 2022 MME what's showing.
