Anyone know the best way to speak to someone at Ford regarding delivery issues? I am STILL working through repair issues from when my car was damaged in transit. (See my last post and pic below) The dealer has been awful in terms in terms of service and hoping Ford can step in.

Long story short: was to get my Mach-E today, after 11 month wait. Then a sheepish salesman calls says my roof was shattered in transit. I had tons of questions- Do I have to claim damage on the title? Will it be OEM parts? How much damage was done in dollar amounts? The only response I got...
