Best way to speak to Ford customer service regarding delivery issues?

Anyone know the best way to speak to someone at Ford regarding delivery issues?

I am STILL working through repair issues from when my car was damaged in transit. (See my last post and pic below)

The dealer has been awful in terms in terms of service and hoping Ford can step in.

Maybe @Ford Motor Company on here can help out? Have you opened a ticket with them?

What is the issue with the dealer? Poor communications? Or is it backordered parts? No EV tech available or maybe a long waiting line of cars in front of yours? All the above?
