While a lot of this is all chaotic I was happy to have 2 really receptive customer service agents today when I called Ford ..
With all that is going on it’s nice that at least they are listening to feedback..
They assured me I could do any future recall or service with another dealership.
meanwhile multiple texts today threatening me from AutoNation Ford that if I didn’t come back they would not transfer ownership of my vehicle.
i was told by Ford that would be illegal the guy even said “dealerships can’t blackmail you with stuff like this”
fingers crossed the message is escalated appropriately so far no further response since I confirmed that Ford verified they couldn’t do that.I’ve had 3 other amazing experiences with AutoNation Ford in last 10-12 years but this was enough I’m never going back to that place ..
Literally makes me panic thinking about it
