Keep an eye on that page periodically over the next few weeks. If you're not seeing the battery percentage reach into the upper 80s, your battery might be failing. Mine was routinely as low as 40% and rarely higher than 75%>
I asked the dealer to check it while the vehicle was in for other...
Yeah it's happened maybe five times on mine, usually while driving, and mostly in year one of ownership. The locking pin Ford uses is not that great.
I think part of the reason it's not happening as often anymore is because I'm more deliberate about pushing the door closed from directly behind...
There've been a number of other discussions on this. Here's one that's still active:

I'm not really sure why it didn't get updates. Just a guess, but it's possible they were blocked due to how its prior owner (your dealer) had it set up for fleet management. You could let the dealer know you're concerned something may be wrong, or wait it out, or post your VIN in the forum's...
How long ago did you buy it? It sounds like you need the dealer to notify Ford of the ownership change. This is probably already in progress, but you should contact the seller and let them know about this issue. Telematics is often locked on when a vehicle is under fleet management, like when...
Yes, that's the end result I achieved in my case... 36 months at the same interest rate as my original loan. It's actually a modification/rescheduling of the original loan, so there was no new contract etc. Just a verbal agreement with Ford Credit.
When I log in to the online account manager...
The recall doesn't even apply to my vehicle (standard range), so no new charge mat for me.
I think it's a nice gesture from Ford, though! Bringing a car to service for ANY reason is nerve wracking. It's good to have a Thank You like this.
I haven't tried, but my guess is that the kW display is charger agnostic. It should work with dumb chargers, too. The value may be lower than what the charge station displays due to cabling and electronics-related losses.

I was thinking the extension cable would be both very short and smaller gauge than the water cooled counterpart -- thus very thick, heavy, and annoying to work with. I guess we'll see what they come up with... No matter what it is, it will be less than ideal. (See below.)
Fully agree with you...
You may be right. I don't know the specifics on it. Several possibilities: Maybe the OAuth flow is granting them access to the OCPP interface, or it could be part of it. Or, the electric company is going through proprietary interfaces to ChargePoint cloud servers. I dunno.
Most likely, ChargePoint implemented a standard called Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) from the Open Charge Alliance (https://openchargealliance.org/protocols/). It's kinda funny that "ChargePoint" sort of appears within the name of OCA's protocol. :)
I think JuiceBox does as well, as does...

My job 1's bumper to bumper warranty ended last night. Had the dealer service it a week or two ago, and one of the items they successfully addressed was the side mirrors stuttering while unfolding. They replaced the mechanism in both side mirrors.
I reported this issue twice before, in prior...
Sounds like your vehicle received and installed the update, but you haven't noticed yet. Go for a drive and check the software updates screen, or look in your FordPass app.
