I have a 21 Premium AWD Job 2 and to my knowledge, the sync has never been updated. I have called the OTA team at Ford and done every trick I could find on this forum and nothing has worked. I finally took it into the dealer yesterday. They are saying it is up to date. Any advice on what to do?

I took over for somebody else's February order of a Mach E, Premium, Extended Range, AWD in March. It was "built" on July 13, but then evidently pulled for a chip hold on July 17. I have no new information since then. I don't get emails from Ford because I wasn't the original person who ordered...
