Received mine today as well, and it was also the Ford-branded Lectron. They overnighted it (the first one was most definitely not overnighted). As a thank you, I already returned the old one.

Same with mine 51xx. No email from FedEx or Ford yet, but I see that the label has been created on my FedEx account. Hopefully most of not all of the replacements will be shipped soon.

Doubt your adapter shipped before today, as folks with your order number are only now reporting labels getting created. Create a FedEx Manage My Delivery account and check to see the status of anything shipped to your address.

My experience is that FedEx will only email you when it's picked up, not when the label is initially created. #5189 here and no label yet.

I've gotten the sense that if you were under ~#1000 you've gotten your adapter or at least on its way. Other then the folks with #8xxx who mistakenly were shipped adapters early, the other 80,000+ of us are still waiting.

Mawah, NJ is live with magic docks. The more magic docks the better- one less step compared to breaking out your own adapter.
