None of the doors open, app won't work though it says it's connected. I'm completely locked out, and there's a loud banging sound coming from underneath. Anyone dealt with this?

Final Update! KITT arrived yesterday! So worth the wait!

Update: talked to Ford and Jack Cooper. Jack Cooper claims they do not have the car and that it was sent back to Mexico in February. Ford says they have no idea where the car is and to contact my dealer. My dealer has the same information that I do. This has become a nightmare.

My Mach-E was built in December and part of the delay in January. I was initially given a 2-month window, like many. That window has come and gone. I have reached out to the dealer and to Ford who can provide no details. I am so frustrated. I've been waiting for so long and can't believe no one...

I mean, this is great, but I'd rather get information on my still-delayed car. The 60-day delay is supposedly ending soon, but would like to know for sure if I'm getting my car.
