    Hello, Have not use fdrs for a while. Got new 2 day fresh license updated to 39.6.8 and user authentication fails. Quick search says go back to 37.4 which I did but that fails too. Anyway to get pass this? any help appreciated. Thanks

    Hello, Was doing updates yesterday and title of this thread suggests IPC programing has failed. All I have is black screen. Message in FDRS states the following when trying to run Self Test: Test could not be started. Module programming may have failed. Address any programming related issues...

    3 days from software updates on the car and I am still surprised how good the PAAK works. Not a single failure yet or absurd cell phone battery drain. This goes for my and wife's phones.

    Updated OP with Paak information. 48 hours of no issues and battery usage is low by Ford Pass. Another noticeable change is phone vibrates after walking away from the car and the car blinks twice. Maybe it was there before but I did not notice.

    Hello OP and all who contributed. I decided to get the Mongoose Plus adapter and go with updating these various modules. All of the updates went smooth except APIM. I cant even get that one to start. Am I missing something? Anyone else succeeded after many tries? Thanks all,
