I had this same issue on my 2021 Premium Mach E. After the service tech spent a lot of time with the Ford Field Service Team they determined the issue was a coding issue and an Engineer located in Germany had to write a coding patch to correct it. If you need additional info let me know...
Ok I talked to my son about how to do this and he said I would have to know how you are shipping them plus the package size and weight. Also, if they can be put on a pallet they can be shipped to his business.
I had that issue with my early built 2021 premium and after a lot of testing / checking and the dealer having to get Ford Technical Service involved found out there was a coding error in the software. They wrote a software patch for it and the issue was finally fixed.
