Can’t turn off traction control

Have 2021 Mach e 4x and unable to turn off the traction control. It will toggle to the Off position for 2-3sec then automatically returns to the On position. Just had the car in for rear hatch problem not raising and lowering(past warranty) but that’s a separate issue. But when picking the car up service rep said nothing was wrong with the traction control and that it was either a My Key issue or Valet issue. Both of those were cleared and there was no change in the traction control switch. I didn’t want to argue with the service rep anymore and didn’t want to leave the car any longer as it had already been there 5 days so for now I’m ok driving with traction control on but thought I would bring my problem to the Forum because I know there’s a lot more knowledge in the Forum then there is @ the dealership. Thankful for anyone’s help to resolve this problem.

I had this same issue on my 2021 Premium Mach E. After the service tech spent a lot of time with the Ford Field Service Team they determined the issue was a coding issue and an Engineer located in Germany had to write a coding patch to correct it. If you need additional info let me know. Also, can confirm this issue did not/does not trip any codes.

Wow. What an absolute shitshow.

I've had the same issue with the traction control for over a year now and really not looking forward to that dealer visit. At least I can show them this and hopefully they can skip all the back and forth.
