I had the same problem with this camera . I had car back after 3 hours . Needs some reprogramming.

I had this problem , dealer fixed it within 2 hours .

A week after update 6.13 improved driver facing camera … the camera stop working . Showing message “ driver facing camera fault , check manual” And of course manual not helping with this problem .

I plugged and unplugged every day , as I most charge car at work . In my opinion the material is not strong enough. This part will be replaced under warranty , haystack came back from dealer.Waiting time is about two weeks
