Yes, it was a software update. Not sure which power-up or model years it applied to.

If you’re Canadian I’m pretty sure it’s not in Canada. I have a 2023 premium I picked up last April and it’s fully up to date and I do not have charge assist.

It is not on my car that we picked up last month in California; built in September 2023. I have had 3 updates in the last two weeks, but no charge assist.

I received it in October last year...it sorta magically appeared. I don't remember it being connected to an actual OTA. In fact it does not seem to appear in the "master" OTA release notes in Github (https://github.com/elmedico27/fordpowerup)

But yes, some Canadians have it.

It did come as an update. It was not noted in the OTA notes, it just appeared. I think it was 6.1 If you have it, its under home, then apps On the big screen.
