I wonder if having received the Tesla priority update has anything to do with it. Order #5785, still in production and have not received the priority update.
Thank you Mike for the detailed response. I do have a schedule set every time I arrive home from work. Unfortunately 6.3.0 ended up failing so I will have to wait for a second round.
First time Iāve seen this message on my car. Should I be doing anything to help prep the car? I just got back from a 1.5 hour drive (itās 6:36pm). The message came on around 1pm.

anyone have recommended ford locations in South Bay for the HVBJB recall? (Salinaās, Morgan hill, San Jose, Santa Clara).
My location doesnāt do rentals and the experience has been terrible.

-Called Ford...
Thank you for looking into this! I had one of the modules replaced Back in May 2023 that cost a pretty penny since I was out of BtoB warranty. Hope itās nothing serious again.
I havenāt received an OTA after my 6.1.1 failed to update. I keep seeing the update not completed screen. Can you check to see how many 6.1.1 has attempted to update?

Just got confirmation that my part is in for the HVBJB, but my hometown ford said it is too small to provide a rental and would only cover 50% of the cost if I used the nearby Enterprise. Has anyone had a similar issue?
My updates were doing so good! After having one of the modules replaced ($3000 later) and 4 new software updates later, I get this error message. Has anyone been in this situation? What was the resolution? Did you pay out of pocket? I have a MME Premium 2022
