Not Completed Software Update Message

My updates were doing so good! After having one of the modules replaced ($3000 later) and 4 new software updates later, I get this error message. Has anyone been in this situation? What was the resolution? Did you pay out of pocket? I have a MME Premium 2022

As it says, you'll have to wait until Ford makes a new update available. There's nothing you can do but wait. We are coming out of an OTA freeze, so hopefully you get another update within a week or two.

I have the same message but stuck on 4.2.2. How long has the freeze been on?

I bought a 22 Demo in November and never have received an update. I had it at the dealer on Dec 29th for the 16kms check and asked them about it. They said my 12v battery was low and I should drive it more. It’s driven minimum 120 km’s every day.

I’ve had my message for the past. 2 months. No luck yet. Hopefully ford starts rolling out OTAs soon.

I've had this message since around Christmas time. It failed on 6.6. Previously I'd been getting semi regular software updates on my 2021 MME.
