Fordpass shows successful update, car shows not completed

I received this message that an update was completed in Fordpass, but when I checked in my car it said it was not completed. Then the car screen refreshed and showed no update available at this time. So I have no idea if it was completed or not. I guess I’ll find out when I drive and see if I notice a difference.

That happened to me yesterday for an update that had previously shown as completed. Then a few minutes later it was downloading a newer update.

Same thing happened to me as well. Over the past week, since calling and talking to a Ford technical advisor on the phone, I’ve gotten a ton of updates, back to back.

I've had a few Not Completed updates recently. Eventually a new update comes along and I have no idea if the Not Completed updates eventually completed or not. It's just too vague, the process could and should be improved. I'd like to see an update history for the car and the status for each item.

I agree that we should be able to get a list of the updates, status, and notes.

I have the same issue and it's been like this for months. App says complete, car says incomplete. Mach E GT 2023-1. I have had several that show complete in both locations. From what I am seeing on the forums I am just getting updates that came out this time last year. Still no Blue Cruise 1.3

I called Ford’s tech support number (800) 392-3673 and they were able to look at it from their side. I don’t know what they did but I started getting updates one after another for a few days. Worth a call, it seems the squeaky wheel does get the grease.

I haven’t had a incomplete update since last August. Wait, I haven’t had any updates since last August.

100% consistent. Trying to figure out if I should be laughing or crying.

By the way, have any of you gotten dirty with your Rally’s?

@rbertonieresr You had sent me your VIN before. PTS shows you got 7 successful OTA's in a 6 day span including 4 in one day on 10/17. I can't say I have ever seen that before.
