Fordpass no longer shows car location

Hi

As per the title, my mach e shows in the app, shows current charge, shows when charging, I can still unlock etc ao connectivity isn't the issue.

Looks like it's android specific as on my work iPhone the cars location is on the map. Location settings on the app are okay, reinstalled etc still no car location for last 2 or 3 days.

Anyone else?

FP shows car location for my car, if I tap "vehicle" button on bottom of the home screen....funny thing is, if car is parked at the front of the driveway, it says "51", if parked at the back of the driveway, it says "49".....correct number is "49"........driveway has a bend to it......this might bother some, not me, haha...

i have an android phone and my location is showing. It does say it's at No 6 when it is at No 4 but that is due to the crappy sat nav system. According to the built in system it never shows where it is as accurately as I think it should. That is why I always use android auto with google maps.

Just noticed I do get the location which if I click it takes me to the car icon on the map. Ios is different as just shows the car on the map

I know it's frustrating. Download the previous version of the Ford Pass app, version 5.5. It works perfectly. Go to Google and search Ford Pass v5.5.apk. You may need to download an additional app to extract the file. I called Ford they know nothing. tell me to switch off and get out from the car and get in. Nothing works.
