Fordpass no longer recording trips?

It’s been moved. mine shows up in the vehicle tab now

Yeah, Journeys are finicky. Mine don't always record even though I'll get a message that a new one was recorded

I sometimes receive a notification that a journey has started when I'm sitting in my home office, nowhere near the car, and the car is off. FordPass hasn't recorded an actual journey since before I took the car in for a warranty issue.

I've all but given up on Fordpass except while traveling a distance when I need to charge. I suspect I will be ordering a 2nd keyfob to have for emergencys.

Thanks, I found the new location, but it hasn’t recorded any trips for a long time. So disappointing.

ok, how do you set this up? it's not been recording trips, and since i found the location, and click through the screens - there is no way to enable this as well. They also just moved the location to an icon with the latest ford pass update - and it's still nor recording trips. help please.
