I had one OTA that just kept Failing everyday. I was forced to take it in the dealer. I never could get the answer to my question, WHY?.

But never before and never since have I had a failure. So when it's convenient drop it off at the Dealer.

The OTA was cancelled due to a mismatch in your case. Nothing you can do but wait for another attempt in the next few weeks.

Thanks for suggesting that, but that won't work in his specific case. Glitch with the update itself, there's nothing he can do on his end.
