    2023 Mach E, bought in Jan: 3FMTK3SS0PMA06682 I was at 5.1.1 since September, no updates afterwards. Would appreciate if anyone could help check it out! Thanks!

    My 23 mach e received 5.1.1 updates on late September, and hasn’t received any new updates since then. I contacted Ford support but was told this is expected because there is no new updates.. is that really the case? I see lots of discussion here for much newer versions..

    Just tried but it shows “The supplied VIN is not registered to a Mustang Mach E. Please double check your entry and try again.” WTF?? Did I purchase a fake mach e? ?
