Hey Darken, This is the number I called 18003344375. But I asked to speak with someone who was in on the Mach E support. Then I got transferred and that is when they created a ticket.

Update: I got an email from Ford earlier today. My issue was resolved. I signed up this afternoon. I expect it was the ticket that got put in last week that finally got it resolved. I would make sure you get to the right department and have them issue a ticket.

Scratch that, I got confused on the settings. There is no way to restrict charging by days. When I mentioned days I was remembering setting up the departure schedules. It would be a nice enhancement to be able to restrict charging to certain days of the week. Or even by minimal charge state...

I would like to avoid charging my Mach E everyday. My wife only drives roughly 20 miles round trip everyday. We don’t mind plugging it in every night so it can condition the car and the cabin for her departure times. I tried turning off the charging except for one day of the week the other day...

Any chance the cars with the 12v battery problems this early were the same cars that sat in KC for a few weeks in the dead of winter?

It is very cold too here in Kansas. We got the same message when turning car off and plugged it in. Mine has a little hum to it also when charging. I presume this is normal. I told my wife that this is probably about the worst week you could ever pick to be introduced to your first BEV. Loving...

I have found that if you are having problems trying to set up the charging on the Ford pass app it is best to just go do it directly in the car. Seems to work better for me anyway.
