I ordered the adaptor a couple months ago and I received the confirmation through the FordPass app. Now when I go into the app, I see no evidence that the adapter was even ordered, and no email confirmations were sent. Does anyone know the best way to get a status?

Ya. It basically said I have 2 options for the BlueCruise update. The dealer can do it at no cost, or it can be done OTA, provided I am connected to wifi and I have an update schedule set.

Got it…thanks! The letter I received from Ford re: the BluCruise update did instruct to make sure that wifi is connected, however. And it also said to set up a schedule for updates, which I did. We'll see what happens.

So for the second time in a row I woke up to a 100% charged battery, even though I have my home charging set to 90% on FordPass and in the car. I had it on a schedule, but recent changed it to “charge when plugged in” Anyone know why this is happening?

I've had a couple of small rock chips on the front grill area, and I used the Dr. Colorchip kit to touch them up. The Grabber Blue paint matched perfectly and after buffing it out I literally cannot find where those rock chips were.
