    Instead of bitching about lawyers and plaintiffs, Ford simply needs to replace the contacts instead of placing a digital brick under the accelerator pedal.

    I disagree - the class reps won't get anywhere near 2/3rds of a settlement and neither will the lawyers get a third. This isn't a garden variety PI claim.

    I ordered and purchased mine at MSRP (COM GTPE). The "Dealer's selling price" will be documented in your Ford account. So zero mark-up is certainly possible - and I bought mine in So. Cal.
