My PaaK is working fine. Seems like the main issue is expired maps at delivery and no OTA map update available yet.
According to the Ford rep, this is happening with a lot of 2023 cars, and the only immediate solution is to bring it to the dealer for a manual map update.

I’ve driven the car almost daily since I got it and racked over 500 miles. Never made any changes to privacy settings. No updated BlueCruise maps available OTA. I’ll schedule a service appointment for manual updates when I return to town.

Yup, that’s exactly it. I have the same 10-12-2022 (December 12, 2022) BlueCruise map expiration date on my November-built model year 2023 car.
The maps are not updating on their own, even after many ignition cycles, and it says there are no available software updates.

Awesome! Just did a LA to Vegas trip in a 2023 Select. Left the house with 85% and charged for 7 minutes at Barstow EA and 26 minutes at Baker EA.
I could not get Blue Cruise to engage however. Did it work for you from factory?
Ford Chat told me yesterday that my Thanksgiving-built Mach-E is in Mira Loma, CA, and that the ETA is 12/15/22 to Los Angeles.
I checked last week and it was only in Laredo, TX. Much quicker delivery than my previous Mach-E, which took nearly two months for delivery.

When you order online, there should be a "Dealer Selling Price" and a field showing the difference from MSRP. Was the $10K ADM listed when you placed the order online?

When did you place the order? The incentives were likely better at the time of order (potentially, $2,500 Ford Options rebate and 2.49%). The dealer needs to look up the programs on Smart Vincent at the time of order.
