Why are we having to come to forums not ran by Ford to get this kind of information? Why don't they have an official blog posting about this kind of stuff. I appreciate knowing but it really should be coming directly from Ford through officially vetted channels.
Tesla may have produced them, but Ford is the one who sent them out to Ford customers. Really getting sick of this poor quality control. Can't wait to hear how many Ford EVs this might have f*cked up the battery for too.
Wish all dealerships were on top of stuff like your's. Mine barely keeps track of notifying me of necessary maintenance. Let alone, calling proactively when alerts and failures happen.
Honestly, I don't care enough to have a back and forth about this anymore. Life is too short to be this pissed about this. I think I will just sell the damn thing and move on. Ford can be as incompetent as it wants, I don't have to stick around and deal with it once I replace it with something...
I am getting tired of the excuses and justification for this. Once other brands have NACs ports, I think I am selling this junk and getting something better.
I mean it just seems so coincidental they find this problem AFTER my car was taken apart a week ago. Either I have shitty luck, or Ford is just super incompetent. Either way, every time they've taken this car apart, it has gone from a nice car, to feeling like a junker, and it seems like...
I just had this work done last week. How in the hell did they not know to do this? It just pisses me off. We fucked up, come back to the dealership, so we can inconvenience you yet again, disassemble your car, and do things the way we should have done them to begin with. Gee, thanks Ford.
Well yeah, but how the hell are they using poor tools to do this work? It is a pita to bring the car to the dealership, and they end up taking shit apart, and I get rattles and noises everytime they disassemble it. I am angry af that they seem to be sloppy with the work they are doing. My $60k...
It is like amateur hour over at Ford:
We are committed to designing high-quality, dependable products and, along with them, a community of happy, satisfied customers. When you bought your Ford Mustang Mach-E® SUV, you became part of a family that takes pride in everything it builds. That is why...
It probably wouldn't bother me so much if I didn't hear the plastic straining after being plugged in. I have about 20k on mine. I don't do as much driving, and have fast charged quite a number of times. But it has been making this creaking sound since I first bought my first edition. Hearing...
Has anyone else heard plastic creaking sounds from the strain of the weight of DC fast charging cables when they plugin from Electrify America chargers when trying to charge your Mach E? I'm worried it will crack the plastic or damage the charging port. Has anyone reported any damage from the...
Yeah, I was out my car for a full month when they did my HVBJB, and now the car has rattles ever since they took it apart and put it back together. It really ticks me off that they haven't engineered an actual fix to this problem in newer model year cars. It's almost like they want to build...
The real fix sounds like it will need to be redesigned/re-engineered. So not only are they not admitting a design flaw in current models, but they aren't even keeping us informed of what new models actually will resolve the issue or whether they even plan to actually engineer a real solution to...
