I got in the car today and hit work on Google maps in CarPlay like I always do and I got the turn by turn instructions on the cluster. First time it happened to me too. Thought I had requested instructions in Apple Maps by accident. I didn’t go through “this trip” tile.

Reading through this it seems that it will fix the GPS issues I’m having on occasion where the GPS is completely lost and won’t update when using CarPlay. Did you have that issue as well before the update?

Just had this same problem today. I didn’t do the reboot though. I just turned the system off and back on through the power button in the center knob. Fixed the problem.

Ordered mine on May 18th (15 business days today) and it still hasn’t shipped. So I wouldn’t trust those projections by A2Z. Someone else posted that they ordered in late April and it’s just now shipping.

Update on mine…dealer got the HVBJB installed today and a new extra key fob programmed. So a total of 10 days for me. Worked out well as I’ve been gone for work the whole time and didn’t even need a rental. It’s nice to hopefully not have to worry about this issue with a new HVBJB. Fingers...

After my update it switched everything in the app to metric. That was a first for me.

I’m going to a remote charging desert hotel in Ohio soon and it’s nice to add a couple extra miles for free over night. If anything it replaces the miles used during the day. Last time I was worried someone would mess with it. I love this idea! Thanks!

Wonder if putting some PPF on it would help stuff not moving around while saving the scratches. I bought the interior PPF kit sold by Xpel but haven’t put it on yet.

I worked with StoNSho on an original design. I wanted it to be placed where the factory installed plate is supposed to go so as to avoid any interference with the sensors. They were very helpful. This was the end result. It’s held up with 3m tape.

Ford has made doors for the gas tanks for years. How is this one any different? My Fusion had the same push to open/close and lock and never had the issues that I’m having with this thing.

Don’t worry. Ford said their engineers are working to fix it in the next update! ? So that will be three weeks without it working at all. I get home from a long trip away tonight and am going to try the delete/uninstall. Hopefully that fixes it. Was trying to avoid having to setup Paak again.
