Thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions. I did not think that I had the 1.7.1 issue since I have never recieved any update message. Ford checked and I do have a 1.7.1 failed update so I am in that boat. On March 1 they told me to expect that the fix will be rolled out to dealers...
Almost a year and several trips to the dealer and the automatic software update function still does not work. Was supposed to be fixed in second quarter 2021, then third quarter, then by the end of the year, then January, now February or March.
Reminds me of the young woman who told her...
In addition to losing the Apple Watch connection in v. 3.19.0, I have also lost maps and vehicle location. And last night charging began at 3:00 AM instead of midnight, which is the setting. Anyone else having issues with v. 3.19.0?
My MME made it to Kansas City a few weeks ago and then was trucked west to Muncie Ramp last week where I expected it would catch a ride on Union Pacific to Mira Loma in southern California. But now it is waiting to be trucked south to Richards Gebaur. The only reference I can find for Richards...
For those of you who had a dealer convert your reservation to an order, did your reservation status on the Ford website change? Mine still reads "In Progress" and has not changed to "Order Placed".

Also, any confirmation either way on if we can change the dealership during order process? Or is it base on what was reserved.
Ford told me that the dealer, along with other reservation details, can be changed when you order.
So this morning I sent messages to 12 San Diego dealers asking if they would accept Plan X for my reservation. One said no, but maybe after they have a few on the lot. One said they would get back to me - and did not. The others did not even respond. Although we live in San Diego, I work and...
I called my assigned dealer to see if they would accept X-Plan. Not only NO but they want $15,000 over MSRP! Ford customer service tells me that I can change the dealer when I complete the order on-line. But by ordering on-line I have no way of knowing what the dealer will charge unless I...
As I understand X-Plan, the price would be invoice less 0.4%. Can dealers then add ridiculously priced accessories, fees, etc. or do they need to honor that price? Also, if the dealer I selected when I made the reservation does not participate in the X-Plan, can I change dealers when the...
