Always have it set to "off", as I don't monitor the car when not driving. Will try setting it to "on" to see if it then still works when the car is off.

At least your local dealer has a charger! Evans-Halshaw has the original “e” franchise in Manchester (U.K.) area and still hasn’t got a fast charger installed…let alone for customers to possibly use! Ranges: about what I get…and down to approx 230m in winter. Quoted 379m range is a joke...

Ford National advised that it needed a system reset/upgrade at a dealership. Out of the dealership last week. Still set at HiGH and any change in setting doesn’t get saved. So frustration, such a waste of time for everybody involved.

Even with 'Profiles' off, it doesn't remember many of the settings

Gave it a go. Tried moving sound setting (treble, bass etc.) they all save, unfortunatlely pre-collision remains stubbornly set at 'High'!

Stockport is where I’m at. Only a few miles away. An example where dealer access would have been useful would be Inverness (regular visitor). No public rapid chargers nearby so a planned dealer stop would have been really useful.

Apologies actually didn't answer your question...think audio settings are OK (the system remembers pre-set radio for example). Where there specific audio settings that you had a problem with/saving?

...At least you have it saved 'Low' sensitivity! At 'high' sensitivity it's always going off, drives me nuts and scares the life out of any new passengers.
