    Correct, it was a reseal job. I donā€™t have a pano roof. Iā€™m enjoying the loaner car in any case , nice upgrade from mine . So they can take their sweet time sourcing the replacement .

    This is the same experience for me. My car is booked in at the dealers next Monday to look at this but if the consensus is the only way to get heat in the cabin is using e-heat (which completely decimates my range by the way) then I won't bother taking it in.

    you should be able to get heat without enabling E-Heat. E-heat should really only be used if it's really cold in the cabin when you first get in and you need to heat it up asap. The effect on the range is quite alarming. If you can't get heat without enabling E-heat, you have a problem.
