Nope, no response. I think that Ford is probably trying hard and they have some kind of a plan for a (very) slow roll out. But the lack of communication and the painfully long time it is taking is pretty frustrating.

I am in the early access program but for some reason not for BlueCruise. Maybe I signed up for it too late. I think it is a great idea - but at this point I think we should all have it as BlueCruise has been shipping on newer models for a while now.
