Lately I have noticed the remote start feature within the FordPass app only works if I’m within 30 feet of the vehicle. If I’m further I get the message that it could take 30 seconds and then times out. And ideas why?

The other day I had the wiper fluid low light come on. However my reservoir is completely full. Has anyone else have this happen? I'm assuming there is some type of sensor in the reservoir, would this be something easy to replace?

I noticed this morning that my car was preconditioning 1 hour before my scheduled departure time. Is this normal? I also got a notice an hour before departure time that my cabin temperature was ready. I checked that all time zones are correct.

I can’t seem to connect to my car hotspot. I chose the hotspot ssid on my kindle, signed into the webpage that appears, but I still don’t have internet access. Anyone know what’s wrong? It lists the kindle as a connected device on the screen.

Is there any way to save favorites or shortcuts onto the infotainment screen? I haven't heard of a way but figured I would ask here. It would be nice to have a shortcut for a trunk release without having to tap through 3 or 4 screens to get to it.
